Returns and Exchanges

Hamboards does not accept ANY returns without prior written authorization.  

Here is an approximate listing showing UPS Published Rates for Shipments from/to our warehouse for three USA locations in January 2019.  Rates vary by location and change regularly.  This table shows published rates as well as Hamboards Discount rates.  This is what Hamboards actually pays to ship these boards.  Charges for the Classic, Pinger, Logger and Fish include an extra ~$15 over-sized package fee.

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN PRODUCT TO WAREHOUSE.  DELIVERY WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO YOU.  If you would like to request a return or exchange for an item, please contact us for advance return authorization and instructions: email: customerservice@hamboards.com.  IF A RETURN IS AUTHORIZED WE WILL PROVIDE YOU A SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR LABEL.  

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED RETURNS/REFUNDS:

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN PRODUCT TO WAREHOUSE.  DELIVERY WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO YOU.  Please provide photo proof of the defect defect or damage by email: customerservice@hamboards.com.  Customer Service will review your claim and if satisfactory, you will be provided refund along with a Return Authorization.  IF A RETURN IS AUTHORIZED WE WILL PROVIDE YOU A SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR LABEL.  

DISCRETIONARY RETURNS:

Hamboards Customer Service may accept a discretionary return authorization request.  The customer will be responsible for the return shipment expense and up to a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund (Note: Hamboards provides discounted shipping to our customers.  The actual shipping expense can be significantly higher than what customers were originally billed.)   

All returned merchandise must be received in its original condition/packaging and in good condition.  If the product or package is damaged and our warehouse considers the merchandise unfit to be returned to our inventory, your return may be denied and we will return the merchandise to you at no charge.  

DISCRETIONARY EXCHANGES:

If, you would prefer an exchange for merchandise, rather than a return, exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis and the Customer Service Representative will have the discretion to negotiate the shipping costs associated with the exchange.
