We only approve refunds on defective or damaged merchandise as-delivered. In special circumstances we accept discretionary returns and discretionary exchanges.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED RETURNS/REFUNDS:
Please provide photo proof of the defect defect or damage by email: email@example.com. Customer Service will review your claim and if satisfactory, you will be provided a Return Authorization and shipping label. Once the defective or damaged merchandise is received and inspected, your full purchase price will be refunded. If the defect or damage is disputed by Customer Service, the merchandise will be returned to you, at no charge, but no refund will be sent.
Returns may be accepted with proof of purchase and prior e-mail return authorization within 30 days of purchase. Hamboards Customer Service has complete authority to either accept or reject a return authorization request. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition/packaging. If the item was shipped to you for free, (at no cost to you) and the item meets our return guidelines, we will refund your order minus the outbound and inbound shipping expenses, after confirmation that the goods have been received in satisfactory condition to be returned to our inventory. If the product or package is damaged and our warehouse considers the merchandise unfit to be returned to our inventory, your return will be denied and we will return the merchandise to you at no charge.
If, you would prefer an exchange for merchandise, rather than a return, exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis and the Customer Service Representative will have the discretion to negotiate the shipping costs associated with the exchange.
