Returns and Exchanges

Hamboards does not accept ANY returns without prior written authorization.  Please reach out by email to customerservice@hamboards.com.  

HAMBOARDS CAN NOT AND DOES NOT PROVIDE THE KIND OF SHIPPING DISCOUNTS AND RETURNS POLICIES PROVIDED BY AMAZON OR OTHER MAJOR ONLINE RETAILERS.  We are a small company without significant leverage with UPS or the USPS.  Our shipping expenses are very high due to our large and bulky packages.  Further, since we use a third-party warehouse fulfillment service, we are charged significant restocking/labeling/repackaging fees for all returns.  If a customer returns a product to us that is not Defective or Damaged, we require the customer to pay the return shipment expenses plus some of the restocking/labeling/repackaging expenses.  We do not allow any returns with out advance written approval.  

 

HAMBOARDS GENERALLY ACCEPTS DEFECTIVE RETURNS for REFUND/EXCHANGE. Please reach out by email to customerservice@hamboards.com.  Once you have received return approval, please ship to:  Hamboards Returns Center, 578 Rosedale Rd., Kennett Square, PA 19348 610-444-2406

DISCRETIONARY and/or FRIVOLOUS RETURNS:

Depending on the circumstances and only with advance written approval, Hamboards Customer Service may accommodate discretionary or frivolous returns requests.  The customer will be always be responsible for the return shipment expense and a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.   (Note: Hamboards provides discounted shipping to our customers.  The actual shipping expense you may experience can be significantly higher than what you were originally billed by Hamboards.)   

All returned merchandise must be received in its original condition/packaging and in good condition.  If the product or package is damaged and our warehouse considers the merchandise unfit to be returned to our inventory, your return may be denied and we will return the merchandise to you at no additional charge.  

DISCRETIONARY EXCHANGES:

If you would prefer an exchange for merchandise, rather than a return, exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis and the Customer Service Representative will have the discretion to negotiate the shipping costs associated with the exchange.  Please reach out to customerservice@hamboards.com
