We do our best to pack and ship all orders by the next business day, but it only works if we have all the items in stock.  

All board orders within the continental USA are shipped via UPS Ground. We're shipping from Southern California, so please allow a couple business days in the West, 3-4 business days for Mountain / Central and 5 business days for Eastern deliveries.  If you want us to ship to AK or HI, please use our chat service or contact us to make sure we are on top of it and get it right.  

Our webstore is synchronized to calculate your specific shipping expense directly from UPS.  It's a pretty cool set-up actually.  The farther away from So. Cal your are, the more it will cost.  If we're shipping to a residential address rather than a business address it costs a bit more too.  Further, the UPS rates vary with fuel prices, demand and all kinds of other lame excuses.  Please trust that we're watching it all the time and doing our best to keep your shipping expenses as low as possible.  

SMALLER ITEMS: Hats, T's and Accessories will ship via USPS and we charge flat-rates for those orders.  

EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Regrets, we don't currently offer expedited UPS shipping...   


Out of stock items that we're busy making, will be processed as soon as we can build the boards and pack them up.  On the product pages, we give you our best guess to the ship dates, but we don't always get it right.  It's crazy trying to pull all this stuff together and we do our best for you.  We're getting better it but since we're a small company, (Not AMAZON) we have found ourselves into trouble with this from time to time.  Please bear with us as we already know you're jonesin' for your Hammy and we really want you to be happy.  If you placed an order and you're getting impatient, please don't cancel the order... Please chat with our customer service representatives or give us a call at 714-374-2200 and we'll let you know the status of your order.  If you do run out of patience, we'll understand and refund your money... but it's a hassle and really expensive for us to refund credit card transactions... Please bear with us.  


Regrets as we do not ship to freight forwarders.  

If you place an order for delivery anywhere except the USA, Scandinavia, UK, Ibeira, or the EU your order will be transferred to our international order partners at iGlobal.  They'll calculate your shipping, duties, VAT etc and then return the order to us for fulfillment.  We're working on getting distributors around the world.  But in the mean time, fair warning, shipping to Russia ain't cheap!
